The new development will deliver over 250 self-contained studio units, gallery and workshop spaces, creating one of the largest centres of affordable studio space provision for artists in Europe and a flagship project for the whole of London.

Second Floor Studios & Arts Ltd is a London-based social enterprise company and ‘not-for-profit’ project that supports the development of visual and fine art practice & craft and designer making by providing affordable studio space to artists. The company works in partnership with local businesses and authorities and was established 1997. To date SFSA has provided space to over 180 artists.
