Essentially we are looking for individuals with the Committment and Drive to to make a Highly successful estate agent.

Experience and Skills required as follows:

Good track record of Negotiating and Closing Sales within Estate Agency.
Good communication and being able to work in a team.
Self motivation and Drive
Abiltiy to converse with applicants and vendors alike
Full use of a vehicle / UK drivers licence
Used to Meeting monthly targets
Good written skills

You should be be used to hard work and be excited about the results this position has to offer .....

Previous experience of the property industry is desirable although we are looking for dynamic individuals previously in Sales positions.
