I am looking to recruit an experienced Industrial Recruitment consultant to cover a 6 month maternity contract. However, due the the nature of the organisation, we always try to recruit internally, and there could be permanent opportunities at the end of the contract.

Ideally you will have at least 6 months experience in a recruitment role, ideally running an industrial desk. You will be looking after a successful desk, and will be expected to maintain the revenue levels and to bring on new clients through telephone and face to face sales, as well as servicing the current clients.

You will also have to recruit and register your temps and ensure they are fully eligible to work in the uk.

You will be sales driven and target orientated, with the desire to succeed in a fast paced industry. You must also be well presented, with excellent communication skills, polite and professional. The ability to think on your feet and react efficiently and swiftly to any situation is essential.
