We are a fun and exciting Mexican restaurant and cocktail bar opening in December.

We are looking for Managers to join us in time for the training period, and opening. The successful applicants will be bubbly and enthusiastic, they will have experience in a busy resaturant and cocktail bar, be a strong team leader and motivator of staff, and have a real focus on customer service.

The following skills are a requirement:

- Excellent English
- Management experience in a busy restaurant and cocktail bar
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work to targets and control costs
