hi,

i'm a fairly proficient but non-pro drummer/percussionist. i already play in an electro rock band but i'd like to be doing something a bit different, something more electronica/glitchy samples, percussive/ethnic, sounding stuff.

the acts that i'm thinking of mostly would be:

flying lotus
liquid liquid
fourtet
the bays
battles
red snapper
steve reich
mr scruff
lcd soundsystem
dj shadow
unkle
talking heads
friendly fires

so if there're any musicians or bands out there that like the sound of the above maybe we could try and make some noise! has anyone got a xylophone, a gameboy and a wonky sampler for a musical showdown?! anywho hopefully that makes some sense.
