Duty Manager

Novotel London St Pancras is located adjacent to the British Library, just two minutes from St Pancras International station and within walking distance of Euston and Kings Cross stations. This hotel is a 4**** star property that has 312 bedrooms, Novotel London St Pancras has 17 unique meeting and conference facilities including the 466 Shaw Theatre and the Nobel Suite. The Mirrors Restaurant seats 90+ and serves a Modern European menu, also has one AA rosette.

We are now seeking to recruit a Duty Manager to join our friendly front office team. You will work 12 hour shifts, four days per week. The Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the Reception whilst constantly striving to provide, personally and through the direction of the team. You will have excellent organisational and administration skills, you will ensure that both you and your colleagues provide an efficient and effective service to all guests. With your with strong communication skills and pro-active approach, you will ensure that the guests are completely satisfied at every stage of their stay, from check-in to check-out. Working very closely with the Front Office Manager and you will produce reports, monitor results and controls.

Knowledge of Fidelio is desirable.
