We are a growing and dynamic internet marketing company. We have the entrepreneurial spirit

Due to growth, our company is currently looking for a talented individual to join our team
in the role of Graphics designer/HTML CSS Coder. This is an onsite full-time employee position.

TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
* Must have experience in Direct Response Marketing

This position is very niched. This person should be passionate about about graphics design, HTML/CSS
and MUST have hands on experience in designing sites that sell!
He/She will be able to make a difference in our organization!

Responsibilities:
* Develop snappy and visually compelling product site creatives in Photoshop or comparable tools.
Graphics design is the primary focus, however htmlizing PSD output is an important.
Product sites must have a look and feel
* Become an integral part of the marketing and selling process
* Work with development team to efficiently produce fast loading and cross browser compliant product sites.
HTML/CSS experience a big plus

Primary Skills:
* Solid experience with internet direct response product sales messaging.
This means bringing the right mix of creative elements (graphics, text, rich media)
to tell a compelling story
* minimum of 2 years of relevant web-based product site design
* Mastery of Photoshop or equivalent tool
* Keen eye for detail
* Keen eye for visual projection. The design should draw the user into the page
* Organized

Desired Skills:
* HTML mastery including thorough knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and XHTML
* CSS mastery (minimum CSS2)
* JavaScript including DHTML, JSON, and other *web 2.0* client-side technologies
* Flash application development (intermediate)
* Experience with Ajax, and XML
* Familiarity with PHP and .Net environment
