The bedroom is completely furnished with two double beds, two built-in wardrobes, two chest of drawers and a small desk and chair. There is a large TV in the room that is connect to a Sky box so you can watch any Sky channel in your bedroom. There is also 20MB Fast Wireless internet that is already setup and working.


The house is friendly, relaxed but professional and has a lovely low maintenance patio garden with beautiful trees, a BBQ, chairs and a parasol. One of the housemates keeps his bicycle stored outside here. There is also a shed with some gardening tools. The back garden is very private from other residents and thus is perfect for a social event, a braai or just a birthday party.


In the kitchen/diner is everything you need such as a dish washer, dryer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, snackwicher and many more cooking utensils. We have ample fridge space between the five residents of the house as we have three full fridge/freezer units, there is also plenty of drawer storage space. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom has been marked according to room numbers so everyone has a space to place their belongings.

We also have a house computer which is connected to the internet so there is no need to have a laptop. There is a hoover, iron, iron board which is also available.

In short it has everything you need, all you have to do is bring bedding with you for a double bed (4ft 6in). Alternatively we can provide bedding (we will go to ASDA and buy new items, not give you second hand ones).

About the friends living here:
We are all full-time working professionals who like to cook, attend church together and sometimes just hang-out and play some guitar. We often have poker nights (we don't play for anything, just for fun) There are five of us most in our twenties from various backgrounds and nationalities. We have New Zealander, South African, Swedish, British etc...

The room:
The room is really lovely, spacious but let the pictures speak to you! It has all the furniture you will need and a nice TV with Full Sky. The room is of a really good size and is thus good for sharing.


Atmosphere:
As all of us living here are Christians believing in Jesus Christ the ideal housemate would be someone who fits in with that. We have in the past will consider non-Christians where we feel the vibe and atmosphere coming from the prospective housemate is nice. The last thing we want is people persecuting us in our own home. In this instance it is also more important than ever as the room is for sharing with a Christian guy.

This is not a party house. We have the occassional birthday party but most of us are here to either study or make a lot of money and have little time to spend hosting parties and cleaning up. We party every Sunday at our church ;-)

If you won't feel comfortable living with a bunch of Christians then we probably won't feel comfortable living with you so probably best to keep looking.
