Trainee Recruitment/Head Hunter (IT, Finance - Investment banking & Accountancy)

Anson McCade is a well-established, high-end, search oriented recruitment consultancy based in the City specialising in high-level and executive IT and Finance roles. Our clients are primarily major Blue Chip organisations including international Consultancies and Investment banks which demand the highest calibre of candidates, who are only found through extensive research, headhunting and networking. This role would suit a recent graduate (ideally Business or IT related though these definitely not essential) who is keen to move into a fast paced Recruitment role where they can utilise their existing skills in a new way. You will need to be organised, motivated, creative and extremely tenacious – this will not be your typical 9 – 5 role. Initially you will work closely with Senior Consultants on their requirements, sourcing and managing candidates through to post-placement management. In this office-based role you will be required to make a large number of professional calls in order to generate new leads to establish your own network which will eventually enable you to develop and become a Consultant. This role will evolve according to your achievements, ability and wish to take on the pressures of responsibilities. An excellent telephone manner is essential as this is a fundamental of this role.

•Excellent remuneration comprising of basic salary with a sliding commission structure dependent on this (£16 - £26k – Negotiable)
