Part time retail assistant required at Heathrow Airport, paying £6-£8 per hour (depending on experience)

Working within a designer retail store based at Heathrow Airport, dealing with prestigious exclusive designer watches, you will be at the heart of style and fashion. You should have retail experience, ideally in either a fashion or department store environment. Enthusiasm, flexibility and motivation are essential as our watch store trade 7 days a week, with extended hours.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following key Responsibilities & Tasks

Customer Service & Product Knowledge
Create a welcoming, personal environment. Build rapport using positive body language and a friendly, confident approach/greeting with every customer.

Establishes rapport by asking open and general questions and entering into conversation with the customer.

Listen to the customer’s requirements and establish their preferences in order to establish the customer’s needs.

Offer the customer solutions to product and service requirements and proactively inform customers of current promotions and incentives in an enthusiastic and passionate approach.

Create an interactive and unforgettable experience for the customer by engaging in a personal consultation, allowing the customer to test and experience products.

Introduce and encourage customer to experience the brand portfolio of products, to upgrade the customer purchase and drive average transaction value

Close the sale, offering thanks for their custom and inviting the customer for a return visit. Where required offer information about the terminal.


People skills:
Give great internal customer service and develop good working relationships with colleagues

Create a great place to work and shop through fun-attitude, self-motivated and positive approach and drive daily activities with little direction required

Act as role model in demonstrating expected behaviours and company values consistently

Support, coach and work with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service standards, product knowledge, selling skills & techniques

Candidates must be able to start work as early as 06.00hrs and finish as late as 23.00hrs on a rotational shift pattern.

Successful applicants must be able to provide 5 years checkable work history and pass a satisfactory criminal record check.
