We've got a decent sized room with double bed available.

All friendly and enjoy a wine or beer at the end of the day, in the house or at the local. We're neither especially messy, nor retentively tidy, and would like to find someone similarly easy going and sociable, preferably mid - English speaking please, but no students / couples / DSS i'm afraid.

The house has a decent living room (widescreen TV, etc), Kitchen (all mod cons), two bathrooms, and a garden as well.

Harringay has great transport links (Piccadilly Line, 3 buses, two train stations) with 24 hour shops, so feels safer at night, and a few decent late night pubs. The house is on a quiet street in this bustling area. (iNCLUDING ALL Bills / Council Tax ) RENT £425.00 + 1 MONTH DEPOSIT
