We are currently recruiting for Reception staff to join our Guest Service and Lobby teams who will lead the operation of service excellence in the lobby and deliver a great service experience for our guests.

Successful applicants will have:
- Previous reception experience, preferably within a 4* or 5* environment.
- An excellent telephone manner, outgoing personality,
- A good command of written and spoken English is essential for this role
- Ability to work in a busy and challenging environment with a Yes I Can attitude.
- Knowledge of computers and software programs such as Fidelio Front Office (or any other reservation program) is desirable.
