We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, articulate and focused individual to join our rapidly expanding team.

As a member of the team you will be responsible calling customers to collect payments for overdue invoices.

This role will include the following duties:

• Taking credit card payments over the phone
• Recording details of the call on our CRM system
• Building an understanding of our business
• General administration duties

The ideal applicant will have a "can do" attitude and....

• Previous experience working in a customer service / collections role
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service
• Strong MS Office skills
• Attention to detail
• Educated to degree level




Starting Salary circa £16,000
