We are looking for someone who wants to share our house with us. We are two secondary teachers and one college student; all friendly, mature, and responsible -- all in all, ideal housemates!

We have a lovely double bedroom available for a single occupant in our end-terrace house. It is large enough for a double bed, desk, and other furniture. We rent from a private landlord, who is very helpful on the odd occasion we need anything.

The house is on a quiet side street in Dagenham, in quite a nice neighbourhood. We have lovely neighbours who are very friendly and helpful. We are a ten minute walk from Chadwell Heath Station, with good links into London Liverpool Street. District and Central line stations are also a short bus ride away.

There is off street parking in front of the house, and sizable front and rear gardens which we are doing our best with. We have basic cable and a landline available as well. Bills vary, but are generally between 45-75 pounds/month.

The date of avilability is flexible; this can be discussed with interested parties.
