A new space has been created in the heart of London Bridge to unveil the timeless wisdom of yoga. The traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa method brings strength and flexibility to the body but more importantly relaxation and clarity to the mind. It is with this knowledge that the most beneficial time to practise Ashtanga Yoga is in the morning.
Traditional Mysore classes are open to all levels of practitioners, including Foundation Courses for beginners.
