Casual Banqueting Waiter
Casual Banqueting Waiter at the Hotel Russell / Grand Connaught Rooms (flexible hours) £5.80 -£6.00 per hours.
The Hotel Russell is a 4 star property located in the vibrant area of Bloomsbury. The hotel is part of the newly formed Principal Hayley Group, with 24 hotels and conference centres in key UK locations from cosmopolitan city centres to countryside tranquillity.
The Grand Connaught Rooms combines traditional elegance with the latest technology in all of its 29 distinctive function and conference rooms. As part of the acquisition, Principal Hayley will be investing over £7million in an extensive renovation and refurbishment programme which will be heavily focused on the kitchen and food service areas.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this prestigious 4 star deluxe hotel as a experienced casual C&B Assistant.
The Role
- To ensure that all food and beverage items are served efficiently and that service is to Company standards.
- To ensure that all mis-en-place is completed correctly, both prior to and after each shift, in order to maximise both guest and associate satisfaction.
- To deal with all guests requests and concerns in accordance.
- To set up Conference and Banqueting suites in accordance with hotel function requirements, ensuring the brand standards are maintained throughout.

Skills and Knowledge
Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing). Innovative. Pro-active and reliable. Able to work alone and within a team. Good level of English essential
