Trainee part-time PA to club/party promoter required to undertake a variety of tasks:

• Taking phone calls
• Maintaining website, Facebook and Myspace accounts
• Internet research on themes and acts for forthcoming parties
• Organising acts and scheduling events
• Online or realtime food shopping and organising catering
• Organising diary
• Scanning documents
• Running outdoor errands within London; deliveries and collections
• Booking flights
• Short periods of international travel may be required

Must have creative flair and should be literate, well-spoken, IT-literate and presentable.

We are a small exclusive event promotion firm specialising in club nights and themed private parties based in West London. You will be required on an ad hoc basis for between 15-30 hours per week depending on requirements and ability with the possibility for the position to lead to a full-time job from December.

£4.00 per hour
