Beauty cubicle to rent in busy hairdressing salon in Islington N7 North London. Existing clientele offers opportunity for instant business. Beauty cubicle established over ten years.

Current treatments offered on the premises include all types of waxing, facials, pedicures, tanning, electrolysis, lash and brow tinting, massage etc. There are many more treatments that may be added to this list with the exception of acrylic/gel nails. We already have a cubicle offering this treatment on the premises.

I am looking for a very experienced Beauty Therapist who is looking to walk into a business free of charge, take over existing clientele and expand the business. Rent £150 per week.

The cubicle will be left empty and all equipment to be supplied by ingoing therapist. i.e. treatment couch, wax pots, towels, products, manicure trolley etc, or these can be provided at small cost.

Rent includes electricity, rates, gas, water, refuse collection, use of washing facilities for towels etc , tea room and shower facilities., some window space for advertising, shared use of reception area, yearly portable appliance check,, electrical installation check. Rent is payable with no extras payments for salon services.
Not included is the yearly Beauty Licence fee payable to the local council

If after initial period expansion of business required possible use one extra cubicle at minimum extra cost to be negotiated, as low as £50 weekly for first year.
