CLIENT

Our Client is a very busy specialist recruitment consultancy operating in the niche recruitment market of Nursing, Social Care and GP Locums


ROLE

An experienced Sales Manager required to run the out of hours team of one of the UK's fastest growing healthcare agencies. The suitable candidate will be happy to work unsociable hours, in a pressurised sales environment. We are looking for a target based, sales orientated individual that can rise to the challenge of managing a team of over 10 people.

The suitable candidate will have a valid NMC pin number, a few years practical nursing experience and managerial experience. A recruitment background will be considered an advantage, but not essential. Bonuses will be paid on a quarterly basis and is based on profit growth.

Note: Hours advertised are Friday 5pm - 11pm, Sat & Sun 8am – 6pm but might increase slightly depending on need.
