Position: Fulfilment Co-ordinator
Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, London
Salary: Starting Salary £19,905 per annum (including Outer London Allowance) rising to £24,643 per annum by annual increments over 4 years subject to satisfactory performance.

ROLE:
They are looking for someone with experience of stock and despatch management to ensure that its mailing and fulfilment activities operate as efficiently as possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Monitor stock in the Information Centre warehouse and to liaise with relevant stakeholders (e.g. ‘sponsoring departments') to manage reprints and reorders.
b) Provide regular feedback on stock levels/sales figures to Information Centre staff and other stakeholders (e.g. ‘sponsoring departments').
c) Keep records of each stock item, detailing sponsoring department, budget from which the item is purchased, historical sales figures, most recent supplier/printer etc.
d) Develop and improve systems in the Information Centre warehouse.
e) Ensure that orders taken by Information Centre Advisers are processed and despatched efficiently.
f) Support the work of other departments to ensure that their mailing/fulfilment requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Educated to A-level standard or equivalent
b) Monitoring stock/stock control
c) Developing warehouse/stock management processes
d) Prioritise work load in a busy environment
e) Ability to work to deadlines and pay attention to detail
f) Proven leadership skills in order to manage a team of three people
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Working with accounting applications (e.g. SUN Accounts)
b) Working with the IT applications of suppliers (e.g. Parcel Force)
c) Managing contracts with external suppliers
d) Working with Health & Safety legislation
