Global Resourcing ensures the best talent is available to the business when and where needed. It delivers the Diageo resourcing agenda, including all policies, processes, and ways of working for Global Functions, the Markets and Supply. This new role is part of our Global Resourcing function and is responsible for sourcing talent for our Africa business.

Diageo Africa is Diageo’s supply and demand business in continental Africa, this business is a major growth area for our organisation and is an exciting and rewarding place to be.

The role of the Talent Researcher primarily focuses on sourcing talent for key functions within the Diageo Africa business. The Talent Researcher is also responsible for building an external talent pipelines through cost effective channels to address current and future talent needs for Diageo Africa.

This challenging new role also has accountability for third party supplier relationship and delivery management and budget management.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a leading search firm, recruitment agency or in-house talent research function. Knowledge of the African business environment would be highly advantageous.

This role is based in London and will involve travel to Africa.
