I am looking for a 3 bed Council house / flat ( ground or 1st floor only)within 20 miles of st albans I.e welwyn garden city,Turnford,Wormley,Broxbourne,Waltham abbey,Hoddesdon,Hertford,waltham cross,enfield,Bishops Stortford or hemel hempstead.

There is a large front garden 30 ft x 15ft that can be turned into a driveway.
a large rear garden 50ft x 25ft grassed area 15ft x 25ft patio area with 6ft fencing on all sides.
1 large brick shed ,a large wooden shed &a small wooden shed .


The house has small,medium and large bedrooms.
small kitchen and bathroom (which is downstairs).
Comfortable size front room 12ft x 16ft .

There are 4 secondary schools within 5 miles of here and 3 primary schools within walking distance.

It's on a bus route to city centre which is only 10 mins away and near the main rail station which is on the Bedford - Brighton line taking 20 mins to get into London.
