Hr Advisor 3 Month Temp Role 15-17 Per Hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and professional HR Officer to join our client on a three month basis

Reporting to the Employee Relations Manager, the HR Officer will have a wide portfolio of responsibilities including supporting with disciplinary and grievance processes.

This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting the customer services department with all HR processes as we strive towards our vision of delivering top quality customer service.

In particular, HR administration will be key to the role. This will involve supporting with contract production, recruitment documentation and maintaining up to date IT systems.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience of generalist HR including HR administration, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Experience of restructuring
• Knowledgeable in employment law
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• CIPD qualified or working towards this is desirable
