• One bedroom Regency style apartment. Huge bay windows, with window seats and sea/pier views. Overlooks the landscaped gardens of Regency Square. Sunny west facing aspect.

• TV/DVD/CD, digital channels in living room. TV/DVD in bedroom. High speed wireless broadband. Incoming phone.

• Fitted kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, all utensils, pots, pans, plates etc. Clothes washing machine.

• Double bed in main bedroom, with double fold down sofa bed (and or single z bed) in living room. Cot can be provided if requested. Can sleep up to 5.
