This is a lovely 2 bed 1st floor flat in canvey island close 2 most schools and shops there is 6 people in the block it also has parking outside im on my own with 2 people oppisite me its been newly decorated its got a new bathroom and kitchen it has carpet in both bedrooms and laminated flooring in the hall way and front room it has 3 big storage cuboards also has a small balcony im looking 2 move up this way 2 be close 2 my b.f's mum who is not very well and 2 get a house with a garden for our 3year old daughter i really dont want 2 leave my flat and canvey as i love it here but im doing it for my daughter and my b.f and his mum so please if any1 is intrested then contact me for more info and please NO time wasters as iv had SO many thanks for looking x ANY AREAS CONSIDERED!
