An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef Manager has arisen to join the team at one of the most prestigious contract catering units in London. The successful candidate will either be an established Chef Manager or Sous Chef looking for the next step, with experience in the industry and passion for food and cooking

Duties will include:
In charge of the kitchen
Maintaining high standards of health and safety around the ktichen
Ordering and stock control

Skills required:
Creative and receptive to new ideas
Professional vocational training in fresh produce restaurants, cafe's, brassiere's etc.
Experience in pastry
Ability to work well under pressure
You will be managing 4 Catering assistants and 1Kitchen porter.
You will be in charge of the staff restaurant (30covers a day-hot food+ deli bar+ sandwiches+salads)

Monday to Friday position, 37.5hrs a week, 7.00am-3.30pm, days shift only!
Only hard working, enthusiastic individuals would be considered for this Chef role, with a certain degree of commitment expected. All candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
