Inbound Call Centre & Customer Service Rep
This leading Travel & Tourism company is looking for new recruits to work in their central London office.
Applicants must:
have excellent written and spoken English
have excellent customer service skills
be organised
be able to upsell
B2B and B2C sales abilities
The job comes with a basic plus commission pay structure worth up to £21k/year
Applicants must be able to work on a shift pattern, between 7am-8pm, seven days per week.
From time to time the job may require team members to work in different departments and aid colleagues to complete tasks - this may require travel to other locations within London.
Interviews to be carried out week commencing 16th November.
