THE LOCATION: The house is 6 mins walk from Finsbury Park tube (Victoria Line and Picadilly Line - 5mins to Kings X, 15mins to Leicester Sq, also trains to Moorgate 12mins run between Mon-Fri), Buses from the street itself go to Angel, the City, Holborn, Waterloo, Hackney, Dalston and more. Buses from the station include the 29 to Trafalgar Sq via Camden. Nightbuses N29, N19, N279, N253 and N256.

THE HOUSE: The house is a 5 bed Victorian terrace with living room, kitchen/dining room, 3 bathrooms, recently redecorated throughout. The room on offer is on the first floor and looks out on the yard, so is quiet. It has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and small chest of drawers.

HOUSEMATES: There are two guys, two girls 23-24. They work in law, marketing and consultancy. Two housemates are gay and two are straight. Communal areas are kept reasonably tidy and clean.

AVAILABILITY: The room is available from 4th December until 10th February. Length of stay should be at least 2 months. No couples please.

RENT: £550pcm including council tax and all bills (gas, electric, wireless broadband, basic tv).

YOU: You should be tidy and easygoing. No dss, no bankers.
