The house has 2 floors with the kitchen, living area/dining room and a toilet on the ground floor, 2 rooms and the shared bathroom/toilet on the first floor and 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. The house has all the usual mod cons, including Wi-Fi. There is a lovely sunny private garden to the rear of the house. There is also reserved parking in the front of the house.

The house is located in a quiet area with transport routes to west end, and the city just 2 minutes walk away. The nearest tube stations would be elephant and castle, Bermondsey and Borough station which are all 5 minutes bus ride away. A big tesco supermarket, Argos and Currys are just a minute walk away. Numerous small shops and convenient stores are also nearby.

You will share the house with 3 other guys. Everyone is easy going and gets on with their own things.
