The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and there's room for a small desk if needed - it's also fine for someone to change the furniture/bring your own if you prefer.

Sharing with just one other (the female flat owner). I'm a BA Fine Art sculpture student and work part-time ... down to earth and very easy to get along with. I'm looking for someone who lives their own busy life but at the same time wants to share a lovely home and get along well when we bump into each other throughout the week.

The flat has wireless broadband and all mod cons. All bills are included. One month's deposit and rent in advance.

Transport links are very good with Bethnal Green and Mile End stations a 10 min walk away. There's also good local bus services with the No. 8 to Oxford Circus passing through Shoreditch High Street and the No. 277 to Highbury & Islington / Limehouse.

Lauriston Road nearby has lots of lovely restaurants and there are very good gastro and arty pubs within a spit of the flat. Also Broadway Market with its shops, bars, restaurants and Saturday market is a short walk away along the canal path as are Columbia Road and Brick Lane on a Sunday.

The room is available straight away or I'm happy to wait a while for the right person.
