people to monitor, support and motivate interviewers working on a long term Specialised Customer Satisfaction Survey. With an emphasis on maintaining our high standards of quality . Work is given on a weekly ad hoc basis.

Interviewing is conducted on a 'hand held computer’ at Bus Stops, and Bus and Underground Stations throughout London
Applicants should:
* Be an experienced market research interviewer- ideally in a senior capacity
* Be able to support and motivate
* Be confident, friendly and reliable
* Be competent in written and spoken English
* Be prepared to work outdoors in all weathers

Able to work a shift pattern, which covers:
* early mornings
* evenings
* weekends
