We need a third housemate for our lovely flat in West Hampstead!

The flat is a split level, high ceilinged conversion, which gets morning light in the free room and sunset in the lounge. The room is a double, we've 2 bathrooms, and the rent is 550 each/month (excluding bills). With bills it comes to about 620 pcm.

It's a great location with excellent transport links - West hampstead underground (jubilee) is 6 minutes walk, plus there's the overground and thameslinks just down the road. Kilburn park (bakerloo) is about 7 mins walk, and Kilburn High road is literally 2 minutes away, with Sainsbury's, M&S, Iceland, Poundland etc...

You'll be sharing with two friendly and easygoing female young professionals (mid-twenties). We work quite hard during the week but like to relax in the evenings and go out at weekends.

We're looking for a chilled out housemate (male or female, in their twenties, non-smoking), who wants a home and not just a room.
