Physio4life is an award winning private physiotherapy and sports injury's clinic in Putney. We are looking for Duty Manager to join our adminstration team.
The role is to support the directors with the management and running of the clinic as well as manage receptionists
The candidate must have:-
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proven excellent customer service experience
- Proven management experience, both in terms of supporting staff & HR, and daily running issues eg stock management, diary adminstration management, supplier interface, provide management reports / stats when required, enforcement of company policies.
- Ability to proactively support website optimisation, and all marketing and promotional activies. Adobe and publishing software experience advantageous.
- Be able to work independently to deadlines, and also integrate within the current team.
- Be able to proactively support the demands of the growing business.

Hours - Average of 40hours, mon- friday saturday rota, and occassional event /promotional weekend required.

Salary £20,000-£25,000 dependent on experience. Start Date: 1st December.
