MILLBANK LOUNGE part of the award winning CITY INN Westminster is recruiting a passionate individual to join our outstanding team as Bar Supervisor.
The flagship CITY INN Westminster occupies a prime site in the heart of Westminster minutes from the Tate Britain and Houses of Parliament. In addition to 460 contemporary guest rooms, suites and the fantastic Sky Lounge, the award winning CITY INN Westminster boasts a successful meetings and events operation, fantastic cocktail bar Millbank Lounge and the outstanding, critically acclaimed destination restaurant CITY CAFé
As the Bar Supervisor of Millbank Lounge you will be responsible for running the bar and assisting the management team in the development of the lunch and dinner operation in Millbank Lounge to its full potential. You will ensure that standards are maintained and that guests receive an exceptional level of service. To achieve this you will possess strong people management skills and you should expect to get involved with all aspects of service.
A keen interest in food and wine, enhanced by a commitment to ongoing development, will ensure a deep appreciation and enjoyment of our product can be delivered to the guest.
