The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Solicitor with a solid grounding in company/commercial work and a UK large-firm background, to work independently as a consultant managing their own caseload. The work is an interesting mix of contracts and commercial matters, negotiations, dispute resolution, establishing commissioning and provisioning entities, M&A, etc. As the client base is private sector but closely aligned to the public sector, candidates will also need to be familiar with other commercial entities including Partnerships and Social enterprises. Additional experience in litigation would be an advantage, and whilst relevant sector experience would clearly assist, greater emphasis is placed upon excellent academic and professional credentials. We anticipate that at least 5 years PQE would be required to successfully perform in this role.
