An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious RECEPTION SHIFT LEADER to be a part of the outstanding Front Office team at CITY INN Westminster, part of the award winning CITY INN Contemporary Hotels.

The flagship CITY INN Westminster occupies a prime site in the heart of Westminster minutes from the Tate Britain and Houses Parliament. In addition to 460 contemporary guest rooms, suites and the fantastic Sky Lounge, the award winning CITY INN Westminster boasts a successful meetings and events operation, fantastic cocktail bar Millbank Lounge and the outstanding, critically acclaimed destination restaurant CITY CAFé.

To be a successful RECEPTION SHIFT LEADER you will have outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for service delivery and creating an excellent customer experience. A natural, confident communicator and excellent team leader / player, you will be quick thinking and responsive with the ability to adapt to changing guests’ needs. You will have a solid background within all areas of the Front Office, supervising the daily operation of reception and switchboard along with a good understanding of hotel operations. Experience of working with Fidelio Opera will be a distinct advantage, either way your outgoing and friendly personality will be the final deciding factor.
