The position.....
This role involves all of the elements of the recruitment life cycle.
Developing current clients whilst generating new business.
Interviewing and profiling applicants by telephone and/or face to face.
Preparing applicants for interview
Setting up interviews on behalf of clients
Co-ordinating the recruitment process with client and applicant.
Controlling and closing the candidates and clients through the interview process


You......
A previous track record of success in a sales recruitment environment, ideally within Civils or another Technical related sector
Excellent telephone manner and persuasion skills
Sales driven, money motivated and ambitious, passionate and commited to making money
