I have a 3 bed victorian house which consists of 3 levels. The 3 bedrooms are all double size rooms, have a large front room medium size kitchen large bathroom with own shower room and has two toilets one on the lower level and the other on the upper level Garden however is on small size and is paved also has two sheds. Camden Council and does have right to buy Residents parking directly outside door close to schools shops and is on the Northern Line. I have lived here for the past 20 years and have been very happy but house is much to large for me now and cannot cope. very friendly neightbours and very quite, ,,does have communial gardens in street for kids.

I am looking for a 3 bedroom house on s smaller scale in the respect of a two storey house.would consider very large two bedroom must be double size bedrooms. not to worried about size of garden. would like to be near shops and transport only looking for an exchange in Southgate, friern barnet whetstone, muswell hill area's not wanting to move to far. only looking for house, bungulow, cottage type of property, no flats nor estates.
