We are looking for software and website developers who either develop for broad commercial distribution (ISV) or develop for in-house large enterprise companies

 All to primarily design, write or architect code for software applications or websites in their company, we are not looking for IT pros or ITDMs
 All to be involved in at least 4 of the following development processes at work: Gathering user requirements for software applications, Design, specify and/or architect software applications, Develop or write computer code, test computer code, optimise computer code, design application interfaces, deploy or maintain software applications, design database structures or schemas, set standards and design guidance for use by others
 Recruit 3 ISVs (people who develop software or websites for broad commercial distribution) and 3 enterprise developers (people who work in the IT or MIS department of large companies who create software applications, build complex macros, write computer code or develop websites for in house use)
 ISVs to come from companies with at least 100emps and at least 250PCs
 Enterprise developers to come from companies with at least 500+emps and at least 1,000PCs
 None to be sensitively employed,
 In the past 12 months, all must have assessed the developer support provided by a software vendor
 All to have used one of the tools
 1.Microsoft Visual Studio
 2. Sun Netbeans
 3. IBM Rational
 4. Codegrea Delphi
 5. Jbuilder
 6. C++ Builder

 All must come from organisations that purchase developer support services
 All must have personally assessed or used any of the paid developer support services that their company purchased from any software
