The house is well located, at Lansdowne Way SW8 2NP in a nice leafy street and just a 5 minute walk to Stockwell and Vauxhall tube stations in Zone 2.
There is a bathroom with shower and a separate shower room and three toilets.
There are six rooms in total. Three single and three double.
All mod cons. Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave etc.
Unlimited internet access.
Close to shops, buses and tube and all amenities.
You never have to wait for a bus, 20 day buses - 10 night buses
Rent £110 a week but it is paid monthly ie. £475 a time for the room
Inclusive of Gas Electricity Heating Council Tax Water Rates and Telephone (for Phonecard use only)
Don't have to worry about a thing!
Deposit £500 for the room

Minimum stay Four months with option to extend.
