We have a huge double room available for rent. We are looking for another fun antipodian to move in.

THE HOUSE
Is huge with a lounge with freeview tv, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom with 2 seperate toilets and a backyard with a BBQ for the upcoming summer. The house is located in North Acton, close to local shops (offlicence, Chinese, Fish n Chips, Indian, Drycleaners, Chemist). The closest transport links are: Central Line Tube, North Ealing Tube and Acton Mainline Overground Train. Local Buses 266 (24hr), 260 and 440, also ASDA and Morrisons are within walking distance.

THE HOUSEMATES
We are 1 Aussie Girl, 1 Kiwi Girl, 3 Kiwi Guys and 1 Aussie Guy. Fun and Outgoing, quiet during the week, but like to have fun on the weekends.

THE ROOM
Is a extra large double, has a double bed, with a side table, 2 chest of drawers and 2 wardrobes. Plenty of storage space.

THE BILL STUFF
The rent is £430 per month, Bills are extra around £40 per month. Also the bond is £430.
