This 5 bedroom spacious house, in a safe and quiet residential area, is two minutes walk away from Golders Green tube station and High Road and less than ten minutes walk away from Golders Hill Park and Hampstead Heath. Golders Green station offers numerous bus routes (82,13, 328, 268, 245, 260, 460, 83, 183, 240, 226, 210, 102, H2, H3) and is a National Express calling point.
The house is serviced by an agency and is equipped with all mod cons (dishwasher, two fridges and two freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer, wireless broadband, cable TV).
There is a LOT of communal space (a kitchen, a large living room, a dining room, a large bathroom with bath and shower (shared between 4), an extra loo and a sunny backyard). There is also a basement useful for storage.
