Rent the 2 apts for a min of 3 nights frm £100 p.nt for 4 people+£10 per extra person per stay. 1 apt 2 people £50 p.nt+£10 extra per person per stay. Not July/August. Stays must be between 2 Saturdays.

Near Kerfany(2.6 mile),Trenez (2.5 mile)beaches SW Brittany. Detached hse in about ½ acre enclosed garden, 1 ground floor+1 first floor apt,each for 5.Combines to sleep 10 for larger parties.
Each floor has been designed as totally self contained apartments with independent access, thus allowing 2 families with up to 10 people to be together. Holiday together,yet have privacy. Located in a rural hamlet of about 20 dwellings, approx .7 of a mile frm Kergroes which has: small supermarket, butcher's, baker's, chemist's,Post Office, cafe-tabac,hairdresser's and is 5 km from the nearest town of Mœlan sur Mer east + is approx 5 minutes' drive from the beaches. Approx a 5 and 20 minutes' drive respectively from picturesque Quimperlé,Pont Aven and about 40 minutes to Concarneau and Quimper. The house is surrounded by mature oak, elm and ash trees and is of modern construction built to high specifications.
Upstairs Apartment – Sleeps 5:comprises an open plan living/dining room, (the living area having 2 sofas, coffee tables,26inch screen + DVD player,cassette/CD/radio, whilst the dining area has a dining table +5 chairs. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with small freezer compartment, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker,kettle, electric oven, gas hob, micro wave. There is plenty of crockery +also pots, pans +cutlery. There are two bedrooms, (one with a double bed and the second with three single beds) each bedroom has a wardrobe with hanging rails.
There is a large shower room with washbasin and electric shaver point a separate toilet. Those in this apartment access the garage from the external garage door.
Downstairs Apartment – sleeps 5: offers almost identical facilities, open plan living dining area +fitted kitchen (with the same facilities) + wood burning stove. Again, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 1 single bed + a set of bunk beds. There is a shower room with shower +wash basin and separate WC. This apartment has internal access to the garage. There is the additional bonus of a patio window which opens out on to a block paved patio. 19 inch screen + DVD player.
In the garage for the use of both apartments:washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board + iron,6 drawer upright freezer. 2 sets of garden furniture 2 barbecues. Books in both apartments +in the garage; we just ask that, if you take one home with you, leave 1 behind. Board games, books +some DVD's are in both apts. A full size outdoor table tennis table, but take your own bats/balls.

Means of access
From Roscoff about 108 km, approx a 2 hour drive, from St Malo about 2 and a half hour's drive.Airports in Lorient(25 mins), Brest, Rennes, Dinard +Nantes all within driving distance. The N165 is the main road closest to the property, from there you follow the D16 then the D116. It's just off the D116.
Eating Out: cheap and cheerful to expensive and chic;variety of restaurants to suit all pockets in easy reach of our home;Le Pressoir du Garzon on the road to Moelan well known for pancakes,Chez Jacky in Riec famous for fish. Auberge de la Mer overlooking Kerfany has varied menu, Verandah in Kergroes good family syle.
Markets/ Shopping:fish market in the Port du Belon, few minutes drive away,fishing boats come in most days of the week. the little fish market there is very popular. Market in Moelan(cycling distance) Tuesday mornings,on other days in Pont Aven Riec sur Belon, +Quimperlé, all within a short drive.
Large supermarkets very close:2 Intermarchés,a Leclerc. Kergroes has:small supermarket, baker's, butcher's,café -tabac, post office +hairdressers. Nearer to Lorient large shopping centre with many shops + hypermarket.
Tennis courts in Moelan,bikes can be hired at the café tabac in Kergroes or from the cycle shop in Moelan. The French East Indian company museum in the delightful port of Port Louis a short drive away, museum,port +area are worth a visit.Medieval towns Quimperlé (15 minutes away is a small medieval town)Quimper larger ,boasts a cathedral,pretty shopping streets. Vannes is only 1 hour away too.
Ports: coast line full of small ports, many with their own fish markets or shops selling mussels +oysters fresh from the river/sea. Port du Belon, port de Doelan +Merrien are close and if you enjoy cycling are a pleasant bike ride away.
A SECURITY DEPOSIT £75 per apartment required with the accommodation cost. Returnable on safe return of the key and providing the property is left in a clean, tidy state +no breakages are reported.
