Where is it? This is an opportunity to work for an eminent agribusiness located on the Victorian border/South Australian. Nhill is situated within a rich wheat growing and sheep grazing district, as well as being surrounded by a number of state and national parks. You will be working for a business employing more than 200 people and will enjoy modern facilities with country charm. Nhill is approximately 45 minutes from Horsham which boasts a bustling regional population of 20,000, and excellent shopping facilities.

The Job: This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to make a difference and be rewarded for your proven knowledge in livestock processing. You will ensure that the Nhill Processing Plant is kept in excellent working order. This involves all elements from monitoring, machinery compliance, productivity labour requirements, quality throughput, and staff training along with budgeting, auditing and compliance.

What do I need? You will have had extensive livestock processing experience, with knowledge of all elements of livestock processing in Australia and/or oversees. You will be a good communicator at all levels and have the ability to lead and motivate your production staff.
You will also need a motivated attitude and a willingness to learn, which are platforms of this dynamic and growing company.
