Hello, I am wanting to rent a furnished apartment / house in the Holland Park area until 5th April. From the 6th April I have another residence arranged already. I can consider an even shorter let and am totally flexible.

I can take a place on immediately - its just for me so a studio upwards would be considered fine.

I am 37 yrs old, middle class, employed, well educated who has a lot of friends in the area. All references available.

I will take very good care of your property and respect it like it was my own.

I would consider a "quirky" offer as much as a straight forward one (for example I would look after a pet at a residence while staying there - I am very flexible in nature), I would just like to be resident in the area before April when I have a house arranged already for living in next to Holland Park.
