This is a perfect role for a senior sous chef or sous chef ready to take the next step to head chef level. You have be required to do menus, costings, budgeting and all other administration required for a head chef position, you must have this experience.

My client is located in London and is seeking a hospitality head chef to run their corporate hospitality kitchen. The role will require the head chef to run the kitchen alone on most days, being responsible for everything from food prep, displays and at times, washing up.

The client is looking for a hospitality head chef that is self-motivated and able to work alone preparing hot and cold buffets, finger and fork buffets, sandwich lunches and plated lunches when required. The head chef will have the responsibilities of the role and will be given extra assistance for larger functions.

The head chef will have the necessary qualifications required for a professional catering establishment. The position is Monday to Friday with standard working hours.

This position will require that you have excellent work references and are available immediately.
