We are looking for a Head Chef for this fun and exciting restaurant and cocktail bar opening in December.

The successul candidate will have experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef, with some experience cooking Mexican food and an understanding of Mexican produce. He/she will be an excellent team leader with a positive attitude and bundles of energy.

The following skills are necessary:

- Excellent English
- A proven track record, with an ability to hit GP targets and staff cost targets.
- The ability to develop a team and train them to make the dishes consistently.
- Food Hygiene knowledge.
