Exciting & Challenging Pr, Marketer & Business Developer required
Min 2 years experience, Applicants must be proficient with Microsoft packages and have the ability to learn the companies in house business system. A polite confident manner and the ability to work under pressure is essential. You need to be punctual an accomplished and highly motivated self-starter, you will provide a range of secretarial and administrative assistance to the Marketing & Business aspect. Your activities will include diary and mailbox maintenance, secretarial duties, arranging course, travel and hotel accommodation, organise meetings, draft correspondence, and meeting and greeting visitors.
With proven secretarial and PA experience, you will have effective office organisation and MS Office skills. You will also have an excellent telephone manner, together with the ability to assimilate information quickly, manage competing priorities and deal confidently and tactfully with others both inside and outside our organisation.
You are required to have proficient secretarial skills and be able to demonstrate experience in using a variety of software packages, including e-mail, word-processing and spreadsheets, PHOTOSHOP/Marketing and Office Software. Possess excellent oral and written communicative skills, with the ability and initiative to organise and prioritise your workload while remaining calm under pressure. This post will naturally require a high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality. This is an excellent career opportunity fpr a dynamic and high achieving individual.
Particular duties include:
- providing administrative support to the team;
- carrying out research and data management projects;
- managing all aspects of the office and marketing of the business;
- receiving telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them as professionally;
- devising, maintaining and developing office systems.
- Manage and project accounts
Duties include answering telephones, greeting visitors, general admin and filing. Knowledge of Excel, Word and Photoshop is essential
The ideal candidate will be pro-active with the ability to lead meetings and pro-actively implement change projects and create liaisons with local businesses and increase our profile
A Business Management degree is preferable.
This role would suit a strong communicator with a professional and helpful manner and the ability to multi-task.
The role will be varied, fairly demanding and rewarding!
