Demi Chef de Partie required for a prestigious restaurant and events venue based in the West End of London. Working Monday to Friday this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to work on all sections across the restaurant and banqueting departments
Job Description
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join a brigade of 6 chefs. You will work on all sections of the kitchen producing modern eclectic food from scratch for the A la Carte restaurant and banqueting events. This is a diverse role which will enhance all your kitchen skills and continue to develop your knowledge.
Required Experience
- A stable and progressive background with at least 2 years experience as a Commis Chef.
- Able to produce consistently high standards for often high volumes.
- Have fine dining experience within reputable restaurants or hotels
- Be a team player with a can do and flexible attitude
- Have an eye for detail and genuine passion for food
Salary Paying up to 17k depending on experience plus paid overtime.
