An independent school requires a Houseparent from January, 2010. This is a permanent position. Duties: To work as part of the team with the Housemistress in promoting the general welfare and personal and academic development of all the boarders, and in the running of the boarding house, to keep closely in touch with parents and guardians as required and to respond to their concerns, to respond to the special needs of individual boarders and ensure they have a comfortable living environment. Essential: preferably a graduate, with experience in caring for children/young adults. Do you have the energy and enthusiasm to contribute to the welfare of pupils in a boarding environment?
